Clear terms before payment.
TSM Strategy does not activate a paid engagement until the applicable Master Consulting Agreement and Statement of Work are signed and the required payment has cleared. The exact agreement presented before payment controls.
Payment
Fees, payment methods, due dates, service timing and approved costs are governed by the signed Master Consulting Agreement and applicable Statement of Work. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Invoices and checkout implement those signed terms and do not amend them. TSM Strategy does not store complete card or bank credentials.
Service timing
Strategy scheduling follows the required signatures, cleared payment, usable questionnaire and agreed materials. Standard Roadmap planning is approximately 7–14 business days after the signed agreement, cleared payment and usable inputs; the signed SOW controls. A separately charged Roadmap foundation must be identified and authorized without duplicate charging. Advancement uses the fixed service periods in its signed SOW.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Strategy includes one reschedule with at least 72 hours’ written notice. Short notice, additional changes and no-shows do not trigger an automatic 25% fee: the signed agreement governs earned work and actual unrecovered reserved capacity, with avoided-cost and replacement-work credits. Any purchased Record that can be completed is due within three business days after a no-show; its unearned allocation is otherwise returned. Cancellation closeout follows earned-work and capacity accounting, without double recovery or automatic acceleration of future fees; unearned amounts are returned within 15 business days under the agreement.
Advancement election
Advancement does not renew automatically. A selected first-period trial applies only to a 60- or 90-day term. Written opt-out must actually arrive by 5:00 p.m. Eastern five business days before period two; its payment deadline is 5:00 p.m. Eastern two business days before period two, after the election deadline. Business days exclude weekends and observed U.S. federal holidays. There is no second trial exit at day 60. The signed SOW controls the exact dates and any termination for cause.
Corrections and refunds
A timely reported material defect in live services or promised final materials receives the correction opportunity in the signed agreement. The normal notice window is seven calendar days, with latent defects reported within seven days after discovery; the correction and breach-cure periods are harmonized at seven business days. If correction fails, the agreement provides the limited remedy for the affected unusable work. Subjective dissatisfaction, nonuse or changed priorities alone do not establish a defect.
