Use of this application.

These Terms of Use govern access to the public and authorized portions of the TSM Strategy application operated by Travel Stories Memories LLC — dba — TSM Strategy.

Paid engagements are governed separately

Public information, Insight and application access do not create a paid engagement. Paid services begin only under an applicable signed Master Consulting Agreement and Statement of Work. Those signed documents govern the service scope, timing, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment, cancellation, correction and other engagement terms. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Authorized use

You may use the application only for legitimate business purposes and only through access granted to you. You must provide accurate information, protect sign-in links and account access, and promptly notify TSM Strategy of suspected unauthorized use. You may not attempt to access another organization’s records, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the application, misuse confidential information or use the application unlawfully.

Public information and Insight

Public pages describe TSM Strategy and its current ways of working. They are not a promise of results or a substitute for a defined engagement. Insight is a qualification and initial-direction step; it does not include document review, custom diagnosis, detailed recommendations or an action plan.

Information and materials

You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of information and materials you provide. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Uploads and records may be restricted, rejected or removed when they create a security, legal or scope concern.

Intellectual property

The application, public copy, design, workflows, templates and TSM Strategy materials are owned by or licensed to Travel Stories Memories LLC unless expressly stated otherwise. No ownership or license to TSM Strategy methods, templates or other background intellectual property is granted by browsing or using the application. Rights in paid client work product are governed only by the applicable signed agreement.

Availability and external services

TSM Strategy may maintain, change, suspend or restrict application access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, provider availability or legal compliance. Links and approved providers may operate under their own terms. Nothing on this page changes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Questions may be sent to info@tsmstrategy.com. These Terms may be updated as the application changes. Continued use after an updated effective date is subject to the then-current Terms, except that an executed agreement cannot be changed through this page.
