Privacy notice · September 12, 2026
Privacy and information use.
Travel Stories Memories LLC is responsible for the information described in this notice, including information collected through Travel Stories Memories and its TSM Strategy business. This notice applies to the Travel Stories Memories website and the TSM Strategy application. For privacy questions, email info@tsmstrategy.com in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States.
Website inquiries and updates
When a website form is available, we may ask for your name, contact details, organization, location, the reason you are reaching out and your message so we can respond. The book list asks for your name and email address so we can send book updates, early excerpts and a link when the book is available to order. Joining the book list is not a purchase or reservation. If a form says it is unavailable, it does not collect your submission.
TSM Strategy application
Insight asks for your contact and business information, the reason you are reaching out and your answers to the intake questions so we can review your request and respond with the appropriate next step. If you become a client, account and engagement records support secure access, questionnaires, communication, agreements, invoices, payment administration and the work covered by your agreement. File collection is available only when the approved secure process is active. Please share only information you are authorized to provide. Do not include passwords, card or bank details, government identifiers, medical records or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Your communication choices
Creating an account, submitting an inquiry or becoming a client may place you on our relationship and email list. Where permitted by law, we may send relevant news, offers and updates unless you ask us not to. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and we honor opt-out requests. Where applicable law requires prior consent, we send marketing only after you choose to receive it. Book updates and TSM Strategy communications may be managed separately. We may still send replies you requested and necessary service, account or transaction messages.
Providers and disclosures
We use service providers only for the functions needed to operate the website and application, respond to requests, deliver agreed work and maintain business records. Depending on the service you use, these providers may include website hosting and security services, Supabase for sign-in and secure records, HighLevel for contacts, communications, agreements and invoices, Stripe for payment processing, QuickBooks for accounting and Microsoft 365 for business records. A provider receives information only when it is needed for the relevant function; using one form does not mean your information is sent to every provider. Enter payment details only on the payment provider’s secure page, never in our forms. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect rights and security. We may use external generative AI and automation tools to support client work when provider terms prohibit model training on submitted content and protect confidentiality. We keep human judgment and review and remain responsible for our work. We do not submit Restricted Data unless the SOW expressly allows it, and clients may list specific restrictions in the SOW. This does not authorize recording or transcription without notice to participants.
Cookies and technical information
Hosting and security services may automatically receive IP addresses, device and browser details, timestamps and security logs. The application uses the storage needed for sign-in, secure sessions and protection against repeated Insight submissions. We do not currently use advertising pixels, nonessential analytics or cross-site advertising tracking. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change these practices. If we add nonessential tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by law before using it. External links, including YouTube and social platforms, lead to services governed by their own privacy notices.
Retention and protection
We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as needed for its purpose, agreements, legal and accounting duties, security, disputes and preservation holds. Records are reviewed for deletion or de-identification when no longer needed; different record types have different requirements. A deletion request does not override a valid preservation obligation. No system is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where local authorities may have lawful access; we do not promise storage in a particular country.
Requests and changes
Email info@tsmstrategy.com to request access, correction, deletion or a change in communication preferences. We may verify identity and explain lawful limits. Additional rights depend on applicable law. These services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We will update the notice date when practices change and give a prominent website or app notice of material changes; where required, we will contact affected people or obtain permission before a new use.
